How Caerus Intel is Different
Caerus Intel exists to help early-stage life sciences companies succeed, not to sell unnecessary research or consulting engagements that don’t provide measurable benefits. I’m not interested in producing decks that sit on shelves or insights that arrive too late to matter. I’m here to apply my experience in market insights, market access, and competitive intelligence to help drive decisions that positively change outcomes. Over the course of my career I’ve supported successful launches, often in small, resource-constrained organizations where there was no margin for waste. That means I’ve worn a lot of hats and have extensive “roll up your sleeves and get stuff done” experience. When resources are limited, you don’t get the luxury of staying in your lane; you figure it out and move forward. This is precisely what I’ve done repeatedly, and I want to continue leveraging that expertise and experience to help life sciences companies succeed. I have the humility and integrity to know that I don’t have all the answers, but I do know how to find them. And when something is outside my expertise, I’ll say so. I also fully recognize and appreciate the expertise and perseverance that has gotten you to this point. It is therefore my goal to collaborate with you and leverage our collective expertise to increase the likelihood of success.
The Why
Nearly a third of launches miss expectations due to a poor understanding of market and customer needs. More than half miss due to market access issues, exceeding those derailed by unfavorable clinical data. This gap in understanding is where Caerus Intel operates. I cringe every time I see a product fail, not because the science didn’t work, but because of a lack of market understanding. I fully appreciate the challenges you’re facing in developing novel solutions that ultimately help patients, and I share your drive to get these solutions to the patients who need them. This makes the “why” simple: to improve the odds of getting products to the patients who need them.
